- If the payment is not made within the agreed period as per P.O, Interest will be charged @ 30% p.a.
- Electrical connection by site electrical team, voltage fluctuations, Fixture handling - scratch painting and finishing.
Heavy operation like Welding, Grinding, Fixture fall down and Damage - If the lighting system is operated under Non-Stable and temporary power then warranty terms would be void
- No claim(s) will be entertained unless notified in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery
- Any dispute regarding any transaction the jurisdiction will be "Mumbai"
- Goods once sold will not be taken back
- Warranty would be applicable for standard operating conditions for LED / non LED products
- 3 Years Warranty for SMD fixture & 5 Years Warranty for COB fixture from the date of invoice - LED products
- Warranty for 1 year from the date of invoice - Non LED products
- Product specification can be partly changed without notification
