  1. As soon as customer makes a purchase, seller will be notified.
  2. Once notified, seller will complete the package and send to dispatch.
  3. As soon as courier picks up the parcel, tracking number will be generated and shared with customer.
  4. Customer can track the parcel/courier status on respective courier website.
  5. For any issue/queries, customers can contact Lightbook Retail support number.
  6. We will use standard couriers for all deliveries.
  7. There will NO extra charges for courier but only ACTUALS.
